About the project
Our expectations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in independent execution of analytical tasks in projects in the banking sector
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing IT solutions
- Ability to create functional specifications
- Ability to think analytically and acquire knowledge quickly
- Independence and creativity in problem solving
- Ability to distinguish business requirements from system requirements and skillfully navigate these domains
- Familiarity and experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience working directly with Suppliers to coordinate work
- Experience managing scope in backlog for development
- Ability to translate needs (business requirements) into requirements for software
- Experience in implementing changes to systems
- Knowledge of business process modeling standards: BPMN, UML
- Ability to model data structure
- Knowledge of basic ways of communication between systems, e.g. XML.
- Knowledge of Web Services technologies (SOAP API and REST API )
- Possess basic knowledge of issues related to electronic banking/payment systems/mobile payments/payment cards
- Knowledge of tools: SoapUI, Jira, Confluence
- Experience in data processing using SQL language
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level - B2

- Familiarity with integration via ESB bus / SOA architecture (XML)
- Use of process and screen visualization tools (e.g. ADONIS, AXURE, VISIO)

- Development of GUI documentation of information systems and data exchange interfaces between systems (REST API, Rabbit MQ, Kafka)
- Knowledge of corporate banking
Key tasks
- Gathering, analyzing and creating business requirements specifications
- Creation and organization of project and system documentation
- Process modeling in UML and BPMN notations
- Working with systems like CRM, workflow, quoting, electronic banking
- Conducting analysis of submitted initiatives
- Modeling of solutions taking into account aspects of integration with other systems
- Working directly with developers and application vendors
- Cooperation with internal customers
- Design of system integration with other applications of the bank
- Cooperation in preparing and conducting tests and implementations of the system under construction
- Work in an agile SCRUM team
- Proposing and implementing new technological solutions, optimizations in line with business objectives
