- Min.4 years of experience in the area of IT project management (project team of at least 10 people)
- Ability to catch, analyze and monitor project, organizational risks
- Knowledge of English at min. B2
- Highly communicative and assertive with diplomatic skills
- Willingness to grow into Site Management and open to expanding processes together

Key tasks
- Verification and evaluation of projects
- Working with the customer in operational areas and also building customer knowledge at the very beginning of the cooperation
- Analyze the needs, profiles, roles that the project requires
- Taking care of those joining the project, in the area of verification of necessary accesses, licenses, etc.
- Coordinate the rotation process on the project
- Participate in status meetings with the customer
- Work with Polish and foreign project portfolio
