- Min 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience working in an agile (scrum) environment
- Proficiency in defining and implementing agile/scrum in the organization
- Soft skills and ability to work with a team:leadership, facilitation, motivation, teaching and conflict resolution
- Experience in increasing agile team effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and agility in decision making/conclusion
- Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Key tasks
- Scrum Team Coaching
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog
- Supporting leaders in implementing and spreading Agile principles in the organization
- Implement and disseminate best practices throughout the organization
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
- Facilitate Scrum-related events as required or needed
